World Paediatric Surgery Day 2026

On 7 April, we observe World Pediatric Surgery Day. This day highlights the importance of timely surgical care for children and raises awareness about common pediatric surgical conditions. On this occasion, the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College & Hospital is organizing activities to promote awareness, education, and better care for children. Our hospital is committed to providing advanced and comprehensive pediatric surgical treatment with experienced surgeons and modern facilities. We are supported by well-equipped NICU and PICU services, along with dedicated pediatric anaesthesia teams, ensuring safe surgery and proper postoperative care for newborns and children. These combined efforts help us deliver better outcomes and quality treatment. The theme “Caring for Children, Saving Lives” reminds us of our responsibility to ensure a healthier future for every child.
