Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College has come into existence in the year 2005 fulfilling the holy wish of the great saint. This academic multidisciplinary hospital of the college is a non commercial venture and is equipped in a ways which are yet to be available in other hospital in Bangladesh.
The Department of Community Medicine & Public Health at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College is dedicated to excellence in teaching, training, research, and community service with the aim of producing competent and socially responsible medical graduates.
Our department emphasizes community-oriented medical education, preventive and promotive healthcare, and evidence-based public health practices. Through integrated teaching, residential field site training, study tours, and community-based research activities, we strive to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-life health challenges of the population.
We are continuously working to strengthen academic quality through faculty development programs, curriculum implementation, and alignment with national health priorities and regulatory standards.
