Dr. Muhammad Touhidul Islam is a dedicated academic and clinician currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Prosthodontics at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College & Hospital, Dental Unit. He is actively involved in undergraduate dental education, clinical training, and patient care. His academic interests include fixed and removable prosthodontics, esthetic dentistry, and restorative dental procedures. Dr. Islam is committed to advancing dental education and improving oral health care services through evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.

Dr. Muhammad Touhidul Islam’s research interests focus on restorative and prosthodontic sciences, with particular emphasis on:

• Fixed and removable prosthodontics
• Digital dentistry and CAD/CAM applications
• Implant-supported prostheses
• Dental biomaterials and their clinical performance
• Esthetic rehabilitation and smile design
• Occlusion and full-mouth rehabilitation

He is interested in evidence-based approaches to improve functional and esthetic outcomes in prosthodontic treatment.
